How Can recurring Fever Along With Dizziness Be Treated?

I have been running a fever every day going on 16 days now. Should I be concerned? I was treated for the flu 3/15 (although my flu test came back negative) and was in bed with a fevers ranging from 102.4 - 104.5 until 3/24 when I finally started feeling a little better. For the most part most of my symptoms have gotten better although yesterday I vomited and got really dizzy and shaky and today was the same minus the vomiting and I have had low grade fevers every day. Currently 99.7 I work in a doctor s office so I had one of the nurses listen to me and they said my lungs sound clear. My throat hurts and I have kind of allergy/sinus stuff going on and a lingering cough although it has gotten quite a bit better. Should I go back to the doctor. I don t want to go if it is unnecessary. Thanks

I do understand your solicitousness

As per your clinical history you have pyrexia and we have to point out the causes of pyrexia.so you have to visit your medico for a clinical examination .Do few test which may avail you like CBC with differential and do one malaria test additionally.After it your medico will prescribe medications for you if found any infection.Do check your body temperature every 6 hours and record it.This may avail your medico to ken the pattern of pyrexia like viral,bacterial and parasitic inchoation.

So nothing to be apprehensive and visit your medico on tomorrow.
